This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to you as an invited team member of an Organization using TroubleshootHD. By accepting this AUP and accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Your Access and Role
You have been invited to access TroubleshootHD as a member of your Organization with a specific role — either Technician or Supervisor. Your access level and available features are determined by your assigned role and your Organization's subscription tier.
Technician: Access to AI chat, manual search, Wolf Vision, service sheets, repair logs, shift handovers, Learn mode, and your personal data.
Supervisor: All Technician access, plus visibility into team repair logs, handovers, and equipment data across the Organization.
Your Organization's administrator may modify your role, adjust your access level, or revoke your access at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TroubleshootHD only for its intended purpose: equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and related professional activities. Specifically, you agree to:
3. Prohibited Conduct

4. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibilities
AI responses should be used as a starting point and a reference tool — not as a final authority. Your professional judgment, training, and experience always take precedence.
5. Your Data
Shared Organization data (repair logs, shift handovers, equipment records, service sheets) belongs to your Organization and is visible to other team members with appropriate access levels.
Personal data (AI chat history, personal parts lists) is private to you and is not visible to your Organization administrator or other team members. TroubleshootHD staff may review or view it only as our Privacy Policy describes.
If you leave the Organization or your access is revoked, your personal data remains associated with your user account. However, you will lose access to all shared Organization data. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://www.troubleshoothd.com/privacy.
6. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access, notification of your Organization's administrator, and for serious violations (e.g., unauthorized access, falsifying safety records), reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
7. No Professional Relationship
Your use of TroubleshootHD does not create any professional, employer-employee, or consulting relationship between you and TroubleshootHD Inc. We are a software provider. Your professional obligations, safety responsibilities, and employment duties remain with your employer and your professional role.
8. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via your Organization's administrator at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
